Calmmm Downnn!!!!

I usually never watch Oprah but I was flipping through channels and I saw that it was the Oprah’s Ultimate Favorite Things edition. Oprah was showing everything she likes, and of course the audience received all the gifts she showed. I kept watching to find out that her audience was filled with people who have helped other people in some way. I still feel that their actions were still too much; Oprah had paramedics standing by! I never saw so many grown men and women cry over gifts. It’s like they knew that getting tickets to the Oprah show meant free luxurious gifts. I don’t recall her giving free stuff away at every show. Any who, she gave away everything from diamond watches to hair products. I was confused, was the audience happy because they didn’t have to go shopping for other people’s Christmas presents, or were they happy to be getting things themselves because they feel they deserved it. I don’t have anything against Oprah because she has so much money, that of course; she’s going to run out of things to do with it. But these grown people looked like kids in Toys R Us. How can parents tell kids to keep their composure when they receive gifts, when these grown adults themselves can’t even do it? They were acting like Jesus came down and told them they were all guaranteed a spot in Heaven regardless of what they do/have done. Adults can be just as bad as kids when it comes to things.
