Nature’s Own Knows How To Take Care Of Their Stakeholders

Lately, I had been eating bagels because I got tired of eating muffins, then I wanted a quick “on-the-go” breakfast. My bagel journey started at the Wal-Mart in the Woodlands, right outside of Houston. Bagels by Nature’s Own caught my eye for the simple fact I was looking for something more than the original kind of bagel, I found the cinnamon ones (yes, they include raisins, but you’d never be able to tell because I sure didn’t lol). I then headed over to the cheese spread section where I found nothing but Philadelphia brand cheese spread, but I decided to go against the grain and purchase the only brand that wasn’t made by them, Brummel and Brown. This brand is extremely delicious might I add, especially since it’s made with real fruit. So I decided to eat this mixture of breakfast with a Jimmy Dean sausage on the side of course. It was one of the best “on-the-go” breakfasts I ever had. I’m a person that loves to take pictures with all types of things… and that can include food. I decided to take the picture that you saw at the top and tweet it to Nature’s Own twitter page. They replied with a thank you and asked which product was my favorite, which I replied with the cinnamon raisin bagels. They said I could DM (direct message, for the none tweeters) them my address and they would send out some coupons. Indeed they did send out coupons with an appeciation letter, and I’m happy with my 2 free bagel purchases I will be receiving in the future. This is a company that appreciates customer feedback, and wants to keep their stakeholders. They know that keeping the consumers that they already have, will be 5x cheaper than having to reach out to acquire new ones. And they are making sure that doesn’t happen. With that said…I fully endorse Nature’s Own products. 😀
