BMI/Hitsheets Event At The Cobden Club In London

Seeing that I’m a memeber of BMI (songwriter/publisher) I wanted to go check out the U.K. talent, because I knew that I was about to come over here from the states. The Cobden Club is tucked away on Kensal Road and is a nice place might I add. I missed the performance with Ben Glover (I got a little lost on the way there.Lol). But I do have wonderful footage of an Iceland native Pop/Folk singer by the name of Hafdis Huld. She is a very bouncy, fun, and can’t help but to say adorable young lady. Then China Soul performed for the first time with a live band backing her up. She looks like a “youngin” but her voice will prove you differently, while singing her Folk/Acoustic with a sassy twist. Then there was a spare of the moment performance by a young lady by the name of Leanne Robinson. Her voice is filled with Gospel influnces even though she is a Jazz/R&B; singer. You can clearly tell that she puts her heart & soul into her performances. But enough reading…just push play on the videos. Watch and listen 🙂
