My station includes R&B, and artists that may not be 100% R&B, but you can tell they were influenced by the genre. I got tired to talking to Program Directors at “Urban Stations” and seeing the process of how FM radio is trying to phase out R&B. Dance R&B, Trap R&B and Pop R&B isn’t R&B. Those are sub-genres of R&B that artist are doing in order to keep them on the radio, or to make their records crossover into Top 40.
