Scarred Women

Scarred Women

Men take hurt different than women. Women tend to let it live on in their hearts and mind. It takes a good man/woman to heal the hurt that was caused by the last one, and if you can’t find one then you’re going to have to do it on your own. Some people tend to find a better one, and there are also some that don’t ever get over it. But with this blog post, I’m aiming this at the women. The truth is, every man is not a dog and every man does not cheat. Some women don’t know that they are queens and tend to just get with the first guy they see; lowering their standards. The right one isn’t going to appear right then and there, that is just too easy. Something that is too easy and isn’t earned is not going to have longevity. When you’ve just got out of a relationship but your friends are still in one, don’t bash them. Just because you’re not happy, don’t try to instigate their relationship to try to make it seem that they won’t last. That’s unfair and rude. The thing that saddens me the most is the women that bash their sons because they look like their fathers; men of the past that didn’t work out for whatever reason. I’ve heard constantly from my mother to my brother, “Look at you. You look just like ya daddy with that big nose.” And that was not in a nice tone. I can tell she’s still hurt until this day even though she has re-married. Or if my younger sister gets in trouble and tells my mother that she’s sorry. She replies with, “Did your daddy tell you to say that?” And this also is in a feisty tone. These examples have only scratched the surface of what women do. I’m not here to tell women what to do to heal their scars because every woman is different. Some women find themselves participating more in their religious activities to get over it. Some women seek revenge to try to make the guy’s life that scarred them a living hell. I personally just write, whether it be a blog, song, or in a journal, and it works rapidly. But I will tell you this, no one likes a bitter person and one day you will have to get over it. If you don’t you’ll just ruin relationships, friends or companions, because you’ll be no fun; just full of misery, hate, anger, and bitterness. Let it go! Hell if you have to cry then cry. Ne-Yo said it best in ♫So You Can Cry♫

And your tears won’t bring him back
I know you wish that it did
But it just don’t work like that
I know that healing takes time
Even your heart has a pace
But how much time are you gonna take?
Too much would be a mistake

I’m not a guy so I’m not about to give advice on how each gender should behave. But women, you can’t and shouldn’t continue living life being a nag.
